Explore somatic movement practices to help the body metabolize old stress without reliving it. This is about moving emotion, not performing it restoring flow and reducing shutdown patterns from the inside out
This phase introduces the CALM method to support emotional processing without collapse or overload. You’ll learn to feel and honor your somatic yes/no signals, address fawn responses and energetic overwhelm, and begin using subtle body tools to repair what’s been leaking energy for years.
We bring in intention tapping and inner parts work to rewire survival strategies and build internal coherence. You’ll meet the parts of you that have been protecting and begin integrating them into a regulated inner system.
